today was just a "go hog on a traced base" day,, it was super fun ; v ; and i'm trying out new styles of shading with pixel dolls like this!! i hope it looks good,, :0c

so here's zania and sam on a date after the events of vell80,, they get together in the final act where people start being Legit Murdered so they don't get a chance to breathe and go on an Actual Date until things finally settle. it's kind of awkward bc they're both around 19-20 (well, mentally at 19-20 in sam's case) here and neither of them have actually been on a Serious (but casual) Date in a while. zania's just blabbing to fill the silence and sam is Listening Contentedly.

also dw sam is Actually Content she just doesn't know how to rly Emote On The Outside,, she eventually kinda looks over and reassures zania that It's Okay To Be Nervous, It's Why She's Being Quiet. She's Nervous Too. then they both breathe a sigh of relief and then ACTUALLY hold hands instead of tip-toeing around the idea of pda.

they then get some crepes with ice cream and it's A Wonderful, Fun Date
