The irony of how I just discovered this anime and now I Randomly find this piece of work. Btw, BEAUTIFUL JOB! T^T. The mixture of colors, the lighting, the concept in general... its all so epic. I have to wonder though, why draw these characters with smiles? Not that frowns would be better, but I think the pic could've worked either/or so I'm wondering if there was something that pushed you towards making them smile.

Wow! This is so good! I love the colors - not just in the background, which is INCREDIBLE - but also how all those colors morph, meld, interact, and vibrantly glow throughout the piece as you ascend into the foreground. Despite all the intense colors, furthermore, you keep Aunsa and Kirito as the central focus for the eye - incredibly well-done, and something that I think would be hard to do, given the dramatic colors you had to balance. There's also an incredible balance of shapes, from the spikes to the rotation of the clouds. I love this.
