It's a mad world if ppl judge art, any type of media, by the way it looks. I like this because of the mood it sets. It's seasonal. The top right corner attracts my eyes. The streaks are mysterious.

Hmmm... Xmas itself is a mystery...

Well i must admit to having two blue bokeh pics of my own..I like it , it's seasonal, it's a good stock image for other artists to have fun with.
