I feel like there's a lot of ppl who argue if someone poses or dresses provocatively, they're being led on, and deserve something.... I think that's what she's saying no too. But of course I'm not the artist, so I can't know for sure.

Okay, now that I can breathe again, let's take a look at this piece.
The use of blue goes well with the overall theme of pink/blue. There are a few hard shadows but the effects on the skin is very subtle. Again your hair is striking and fits the mood of the piece. I'm assuming that it took many attempts to sketch hair that rests on shoulders; pulling that off could not have been easy starting out.
The proportions for her body is perfect. Although the whole is cartoon-ish her ratios are mostly in line with actual people. Her leg and pelvis volumes are believable and aesthetically pleasing.
