i think you've definately captured the long vertical strokes he does in his paintings
i gotta ask now though, since you've done such a good job, did you create a custom brush to make the buildings so straight? thats something ive been trying to figure out

His (Stephane Martiniere's) use of custom brushes are awesome and very hard for me to understand. So any pointers you have would be great.

Splendid work here; very harmonial, realistic colour scheme, awesome detail, & there is a sense of depth indeed - would love to see some further off, hazed ships in the background though. & of course, id love to see some close up crops! Hehe, good work!
