Description okay people..... i couldn't keep my promise of having a break for dragons, i just had to draw this into paper!!!!!!
so now i may draw different things like animations, birds, dragons etc. whatever comes to my mind, so don't expect for any 'AMAZING' looking art......
anyway, i hope you like this one

Oh wow the tail is wonderful!! So rich and big! And the blue colours are chosen well too.. It was a great idea to put feathers and a dragon together.. Looks great!

The torso seems uncomfortably long, like the dragon would be able to move better if it wasn't as long. Then again that could just be me... Anyways, I love the colors and the feathers and the facial expression and pose is killer.

It's more my personal taste than your drawing skills. I need to finish my elemental dragons, I only have one done and need to do like, five more. And I can't think of a new design for my water dragon. Originally it looked too much like this Pokemon called dragonair, and the wings don't make sense since he's a water element, so I have no idea what to put on his head that'll make sense but not look goofy. I've thought of coral shapes but then that'll be too much detail... AGH!!!!!!!!!! any suggestions?

yes water dragons are pretty difficult...
but i'd say that for the head, and for some parts of the body you could add some fish like fins, for example take a look at my marsh dragons head [link]
i hope that should be atleast a bit helpful

or then i could make a fast pencil sketch for you if you want ^^
