The Otula is a giant dragon-like creature that lives within the multiverse, between different worlds. Their individuals are extremely rare, resulting in far fewer sightings than their cognate species, the Mega.
Aventura feeds on entropy and cosmic dust, but can also ingest a range of inorganic matter, including metals and rocks, as well as most organic matter. Their six eyes provide visible, infrared, and ultraviolet vision, the fins on their heads detect fluctuations in the world's extraordinary energies, and the tentacles extending from the upper fins sense the mood of intelligent beings. Their horns seem to be used as amplifying antennas for their abilities in addition to their weapons, and the glowing parts at the ends change brightness as their emotions ebb and flow.
Aitura's wings were like a starry sky, and when he was emotional, each star would burst into flames, emitting a dazzling light along with the star in his chest.
Similar to Mega, Aventura has a core of individual memories and experiences, or "essences". When the intelligent individual bears the washing of the memories in the essence, it retains its consciousness and evolves into a new atura. When the Oturas are strong enough, they will also choose to split their own essences, allowing them to grow in an undisturbed corner, and finally hatch a new Otura.
