I love this work personally. The way you used the color pallet is just right for a dreamy atmosphere, it's soft, but not too soft.
It took me a few looks to see the fish in the dream and the subtle way you created them makes it really look like a cats dream. The cat's wishfull expression adds to that as well.

The only thing I can point out which is not flawless in my eyes are the front paws of the cat. The seem a bit too short, but that's my opinion.

All in all, very nice work, keep it up!

This is really amazing--I didn't realize those were fish at first, it's as if they sort of slowly emerge from the painting while looking at it.  So cool, and perfectly executed.  <3
