I've had the problem of trains going in the wrong platform, often the workings I want to capture do this, they avoid me and force me to track them down to a point where I can actually shoot them.

I see a second train behind that one. And yes, I know what you mean. Its very annoying when a train has good power and the crew seems to be trying to draw out every minute of their 12 hour shift...oh, they always take their time right at dusk.

Ohhhh, I think that has a part. There in the cab going, "Look, a railfan! Stop in the shade." Thats why its sometimes best to play peak-a-boo with them. Dont make yourself visible until the last second. Of corse you know when a crew is getting annoyed when they open the nose door while your chasing the train.
