I really like the picture, but to improve it I would say try to arrange them a bit better and well, phone really isn't the best tool for photography as I can see all the noise it brings to the background.
Eitherway the colors are great, and I'd say you are getting a hang of it

Really nice subject, it would be good to see it even more detailed and bigger (but seeing that this is taken with a smartphone this probably was the closest you could get). One thing I would suggest is to change the viewing angle so that you only have one flower in the photo and the backgrouns only consits of green leaves to shift the focus more on your subject. Right now the other flowers are distracting form the actual subject a bit. Furthermore it would be better to have the background even more blurred (if possible), so there aren't much details anymore and focus really is on the flower and the raindrops.
