This is a really well rendered piece Latsy. I love the texture and tone on her face. Also good blending technique and use of differnt colors for her skin. Skin and flesh is full of all kinds of colors.

As for as critique I would say your hair is a bit solid. Is this all digital or a rendered piece that was scanned? If it was hand rendered I would recomend pulling your line from her roots (or the "roots" of her wig) and then soften your stroke as you get closer to your light source. If digital try using a low opacity line in a pale yellow and then gradually get darker or lighter to create the appearance of individual hairs.

The only other thing is her neck is a bit too straight. No strait lines on the human body, as a general rule (stylization is as always, an exception). I would have drawn a gradual curve from her chin going away from her body to the end of the page. Or maybe cropped this piece a half and inch higher.

Your work is improving a great deal, keep it up!

And super keen work on her face!

Nice colors! I have no idea who Lady Gaga is, so I'm just judging this by the work. I like your blending method-- it looks a lot like traditional media.

I think you should look up the anatomy of an eye, as it would probably make things easier for you and add dimension to your piece.

Here's a minor summary:
1. Eyballs = round. The skin does not cover the entire roundness, so you can see tear ducts and it is usually shaded near the ends.

2: Eye lids are at the top and bottom of the eye.

3: Pupils take up at least a third of the eye.

You should probably check these things as I have no references with me, but anatomy is usually helpful to keep in mind.

I'm glad you're doing realism! all your portraits so far are great!
