I don't disagree that a problem does exist especially on this website, but in this instance this photo doesn't portray overly sexual or violent themes at all. The woman's facial expression doesn't imply any stress, worry or upset, if anything to me she looks comfortable. I'd argue that the style of the bondage presented in this image reflects consent, that style of rope bondage with those geometric shapes and patterns take time and patience to create using ropes, this indicates that the woman would herself had to patiently wait as the bondage was completed. It seems to be shibai-style, which is an ancient Japanese art of meditative rope bondage which creates feelings of relaxation and euphoria in the person being tied, this may well explain the relaxed expression of the woman's face. It also doesn't imply any sexual motive behind the bondage simply because that's not what shibari is used for. Even if it did the women doesn't look underage to me, taking into account this artist's usual style of drawing teenagers kuvshinov-ilya.deviantart.com/… note the round-soft facial features, whereas the woman in this image has sharper facial features and much smaller eyes, which to me suggests that she's a woman perhaps in her 20s or 30s.
Bondage is an art form and though it can be used for wrong, immoral ends and this so happens to be how bondage is typically portrayed in the media, it doesn't have to be, many including myself pursue bondage because it can be comfortable and relaxing, especially when done with someone you trust and love, it can create a sense of safety.
