Elvis Aaron Presley was born on January 8, 1935 in Tupelo, Mississippi. He died on August 16, 1977 at the age of 42.
He served in the United States Army, with a rank of Sergeant from 1958 to 1960, in the 1st Medium Tank Battalion, 32nd Armored Division and received a Good Conduct Medal.
