Norengard is a country where lives the "saints" they believe to be the most evolved and also the superior race, Slavering all the kinds with the use of their powerful and natural to their bodies Pure alchemy.Eventually in the suburbs, Hybrids started to be born, they carried the pure alchemy in their bloods and now, infiltrated in their society, plan to overthrow the empire and free their's people
I would like some critiques over how to create enviroments and making them interact with characthers, I am really struggling at this

Hello I'm from
this is really a nice piece. It immediatly caught my attention and because as a sci-fi fan it reminds me of many scenes that I got to see where the different species and human races have a meet up at a conference or so. I love how the architectureΒ of the building looks so organic and outerworldly. And the alien with the single eye looks fantastic. It's cool that you made the floor reflective also. It adds so much additional realism to the painting.Β
What I noticed at first is that the anatomy of some of the characters doesn't seem to be 100% correct. It's always tricky because although only minor things are wrong the human brain usually detects early that something "feels" wrong. First of all the characters seem to be quite elongated compared to the size of the head. I'm not sure if that is on purpose though? Than the necks seem to be also noticingly long which can be their genetics (?) too though. Then I think the shoulder of the arm with the fire ring of the white haired guy seems a bit annatural but actually after studying it a while I can't really find a mistake and point it out exactly. It was just my first feeling when looking at the piece. I also think the poses of two figures standing left two the dark skinned man look somehow unnatural and a bit stiff. Maybe you could try and study more references to improve on that? I think the black man is posing very naturally though 
Lastly some more details from outside the window would be nice, like some clouds and sky parts instead of a grey, plain sky. I think sunlight that shines through the window always creates a lot of dynamic and influences the mood of a painting a lot. Your painting misses a bit of that dynamic because there is not so much differentiation between the lighter and shadowy parts.Β

btw, the alien creature is an A.I created by the saints, the saints are the people in purple robes, this A.I was created by their's leader the goddess Hydra, It's a teocratic nation

thank you very much for your comment ^^, I also have something strange on that arm But I can't just find what exactly, maybe the pose isn't natural. I don't use referrerence so maybe this is something I need to change on my artwork, to improve it, their necks are long because of a device they connect their brains with.
btw the archtechture is supposed to be read as organic corals, because they came from the deep sea, and the lack of clouds is actually because they terraformed the whole region around the city, there is no rain and no water nearby, I tried to make it less blank with some other buildings, I actually love making clouds, and I'm really thankful for you taking your time <3Β

Reference is usually helpful with that. But I understand that it can be really difficult sometimes to find the right pose. But if you are that amazing without reference it would be really helpful to use some in future I think
