Hello! I'm Nads from Project Comment and I'm here for you!
I start saying that this is really a beautiful piece, your attention for details is visible and that's good point for your style!
The backgroung is a little bit bare, but I'm sure that with a little bit of practice you'll do it just amazing like Β the rest of this piece, like putting more crystals or rocks!
I really love how the rock, in this drawing, acts like a throne for Criatus, a throne that fixs her perfectly and makes an excellent spot for a goddes! You did light and shadow just fine on the rock and on the clothes, that look so realistic -expecially the part near to the feet!
I just love the metal kneepads! They seems to be part of a more big nordic armor and you Β did them just fine.Β
The arms are a little bit too big and disproportionate than the body an the hands seems too little strange, aren't they? But no problem! With a little bit of practice on arms anatomy reference you'll be just perfect!
I like the expression: it makes the idea of a goddes that watches you from the high. Hair are a little bit too stiff, maybe? But they're cool, just make a little of more movement the next time!
In the end, I love how you realized the objet suspended on Criatus' hand and her crown. These make really the idea of "Goddess of Creation"!
I hope I've helped a little bit. You're so talented, keep it on!Β Β

thank you very much, I tried making her strong and ended up with giant arms, I never use references because I'm stubborn and in the end I commit those mistakes, I should have learned already that I need references, I'll try using them on the next one

Look, don't worry! I don't use reference neither, most of the time. But sometimes I have to see them for some help. Reference like this (Β s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/7β¦ ) can help you very much with characters! For the ones like Criatus, whom is a strong nordic goddess, you can easly use comic drawings of Wonder Woman as reference, because she's a muscled demigod amazon and would be perfect!Β

Hi kirilatikit, I'm MoonandOthers from Project Comment :3
I have to say, this is a really unique piece! The attention to detail in this painting is fantastic, from the crystal/rock/throne she is sitting on, to the details on her clothes. I think that the ruffles and folds in the clothing were done quite well, and they look rather realistic! Great job with that! Her outfit is really cool and unique as well, and the color choice works really well for the piece. That said, the background seems a bit bland and simple. Perhaps there could have been more rocks or cliffs or crystals to accent the painting, and give the viewer a better sense of setting. The hair on the character looks good, except for the fact that it seems a little stiff. I feel like the hair could have been a little more wavy under her arms, but that isn't too big of a deal. Lastly, I have to say that her right hand looks a little stiff as well. Even so, I think that you did really well painting this! Your anatomy looks good on the character as well, which is hard to do. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to seeing more from you!

thank you very much, her hair under her arms were done cheapy, I deserve a slap for it, I'm lazy sometimes, the background is also part of me being lazy, and afraid of ruining the composition, because the focal point is the center, by the way, I think it would be intersting to say that I find painting hands much easier than drawing them

You did a really great job with the colors and shading. I like the composition, she looks a bothered, and also interessiere for me.Β
About the anatomy:
I guess the arms a bit thick in compare to the body, and about the hand, the little finger looks a bit to long, or the other fingers to short.
It looks like she has no eyelashes. And there some hair missing below her arm. Maybe you could make the hair on a layer below the body. :3Β

Now that you pointed it, I forgot her eyelashes, i wanted her to look stronger and buffer than the others goddess but the rest of her body is covered so i couldn't let it show much, she is angry.
oh, and I do all in one layers except for some filters in overlay mode

Looks pretty good, im always impressed by digital paintings.
But ofcourse i got a couple of things you might want to take a look at.
First of all i gotta say i love the color pallet, it is really smooth and calming and the overall aesthetic is really nice.
The face feels a bit weird though, the jawline seems a bit off and her nose almost looks a bit too dark from below.
In comparison to her body the arms also seem a bit long too.
I have to say, i love this piece because of the amazing texture and coloring.
Good job and keep it up!Β

oh thanks, working on the jawline at this angle was tough, I should do some head studies, and indeed I made her nose too dark, i don't know I Let this happen, I wanted her to look muscular, so I did those big arms, maybe I messed up the proportions :')

A very good way to make someone more muscular is to make the shoulders and muscles in that area stronger. And the Biceps, triceps and lower arm muscles play a big part, if someone is more muscular you can make the arms and shoulders a bit rougher around the edge two. And the head, from experience the position sucks ass. If you want to properly accomplish such a pose you might wanna keep a picture as reference haha.
