Tatara Kogasa from TouhouSomething i found odd about her fanart: she has an umbrella with a tongue, and yet she only got one tk pic, and it doesn't involve the umbrella XP
So here she is stuck in the sky, the breeze going the wrong way, and her devious Umbrells licks off her sandals and tickles her feet with a few licks, Too bad Tatara has to hold on, but he's trying to keep her feet away XD
okay so I dont know much on Touhou, in fact I only found out about her when making my pollpic and I got a bit interested, although I sorta did the same there I only dabbled in it, So really this pic was just me making a better version XP So anyways comment and enjoy

Kogasa doesn't really need to hold on to her umbrella as she is literally incapable of letting it go because that umbrella is her actual body.

Hm...kinda seems like an obvious choice for a touhou tickle pic,so I don't really understand either.
