people wouldn't just buy your art like that, well they would but not the way to make your money. if you want art as a career i think graphic designing or illustrating or some thing like that is the way to go XD. Then you would have to keep your drawing as your portfolio or try to sell them out side of work or some thing.
is what i wanted to do until i failed school XD
