I love his hair all the flowing in the wind and all the curly clouds.there's some great dynamics in here.
The only thing I can think about That could be improved here is the teeth, they all have the same size. Take a look at a wolf skull and study the teeth's different sizes and positions. The other thing I can comment about is the positioning of the character in the image. you placed his head very nicely in the golden rule but it feels like the character is walking out from the image. maybe it wouldn't have hurt to place him a bit more to the right?
I love the clouds I truly love them. It's amazing how you colored and shaded then! (I can't stop starting at them)

About teeth - I wanted to simplify them, because of the big smile, which isn't natural for canines. But maybe I should go instead for the more natural look of the teeths. Thank you for the suggestion! c:
And about placing of the character... at first I was thinking what do you mean by that, but now... I cannot unsee this.
