She is Rhiannon the Fair, from the mobile game Heroes of Camelot.
This paint was really fun because I had to do a lot of stuff I don't normally do. Rhiannon's legs are a little longer than what I'm use to do, but I really like the result.
The proportions of her face are a lot more "realistic" than what I normally do, but it's good to change from time to time.
