Description Night sky view at the top of the driveway near where we found the rattlesnake...saw several Perseid meteor strikes but never did catch any, sadly....

I know but the drawback is we have a higher electric bill 'cuz we have to have landscaping lights to light up the driveway and garden etc. since there are no street lights for miles

At least you got to get out there and give it the old college try I've went out after all kinds of meteor showers and not gotten any too Maybe they are camera shy

we were going to go up into the Crystal Basin but it was just tooooo hot and smokey, lol, I'm ok with the day heat, but I hate it when it doesn't cool at least a little at night - it only "cooled" off to 75 last night...
