I was serious yes, to an american this man was obviously well known. To an englishman such as I not so, on looking through our library I only found four of his books, my late wifes no doubt, I do see the resemblance tho to that post hospital and six months on TPN look I had then. If you'd said Richard Feynman then I would have known immediately but not this journalist autor. I did like the article he wrote in rolling stone about William Boroughs though.

speaking of choice, your wavefront conversion of the defiant will have to wait a short time, sorry about this but my main computer is down atm and the el crappolla lappy that I'm stuck with in the meantime hasn't the gonads to do the job. Expecting replacement parts on monday so will be up and running a short time after that. Was there a particular registration you had in mind for the ship? I may as well run up a custom texture set at the same time as doing geometry conversion and optimisation. As far as no choice in travel, yeah well I'm a prisoner here now thanks to needing a regular supply of certain opiates as painkillers (I take 320mg morphine twice a day) having a travel prescription is one thing but getting a hold of the stuff quite something else as I found out last year on a trip into Germany.

No problem on the conversion. Whenever you get the chance. And again, thanks for the kind offer.
320mg morphine, twice a day?!?! UGH! What happened??

Chronic pancretitis happened. You didn't give a registry that you'd like, just to see another Defiant-A render would be a bit boring don't you think?

"Chronic"!? Damn! I've had friends and families who've had incidents and they describe it as pretty awful, but "chronic". ACK! You have my deepest sympathies. There's nothing they can do as a corrective??
My devil has been kidney stones, but (knock wood) I haven't had one in four years. They are righteously awful - the only thing I've experienced that won't kill me but I wish it would.

Theres not any cure no, just pain alleviation. Transplant is something for the likes of Neuromancer as alien tissue rejection is a cert seeing the important job the organ does for the body. I had gastric surgery to allow me to eat during an attack state (the current one I'm is in its sixth week) my inflamed pancreas previously made this impossibe due to it flattening my duodenum and also blocking my bile ducts (I went yellow for a while) Its no problem, painful yes but bearable. The alternative being death and I'm not done learning yet to even consider that option. The pic was taken a week after I got out of hospital having lost a load of weight being fed through a vein for six months.

Ugh.
Well at least things are bearable for you... but still. I feel for you BIG time. Whenever we get to a point where we feel like we have to live with something like this for the rest of our life, it's sobering... to say the least.
