You can buy this cat base for 100 .When purchased you get the PSD including the lineart and a layer with the shading (which you can hide if you prefer it without shading) and also a PNG version of the lineart.
You may
Edit the lineart however you want.
Make characters for personal use.
Make adoptables and sell for any currency.
You may NOT
Resell the psd or lineart.
Remove the signature.
Post anywhere without giving me credit for the base.

Step 1. Open Gimp
Step 2. Click "File" then "Open". It should open the file.
Make sure the picture is out of the zip file though
