A quick repaint I did several days ago, going over this image ---> ResolveKayth Uth'Dal, my Dunmer, is a vampire. So it makes sense that going for too long (Based on Oblivion vampirism) he becomes monstrous and emaciated looking. XD This is pretty much exactly what he looked like when he was discovered in a tomb after being locked in there for months, if not years. Ain't he pretty!? 8'D No wonder that Argonian grave robber ran screaming the first chance he got... >.>
Hope you like my interpretation of a starved vampire.
