Just a doodle from thinking about about how the regional variation changed the water pollution mon Grimer and Muk from sewage to oil spills and what that might equate to for the other major pollution lines; Koffing (air pollution), Trubbish (land pollution) and Gulpin (body pollution)

They can't really be called Alolan forms at this point, so let's just go with variant

Variant Koffing & Weezing: the crystals growing on their bodies emit a strange aura that can cause sickness and fatigue
based on radioactive crystals

Variant Trubbish & Garbodor: their bodies are much more durable than normal, having adapted to eating only metal products and ore. Their teeth are razor sharp and can chew through most materials
based on scrap metal/recycling

Variant Gulpin & Swalot: their bodies adapt to digesting only one kind of food, varying from area to area. In contrast to simply digesting anything qiuckly and haphazardly, their metabolism thoroughly drains this specialized food of all possible nutrients. This leads to increased muscle mass, but the excess energy causes them to become more agitated
