"Even in Hell, religion exists. There is an unyielding and raging devotion for all things perverse and unholy. There lies in Dis, the Great Basilica, the seat of the Unholy Magisterium. At the heart of the basilica lies the Sanctuary of Pain. And in it, a gargantuan pipe organ, a fearsome and awe inspiring construct, channeling the violent winds of the inferno, into its vast network of wind pipes, as means of producing sound. For eons, the organ saturates the darkness with its thundering macabre and horrific hymns, often described as like crashing mountains. Those who hear the hymns are either empowered by its dark energies, or have their minds violently ravaged into madness."
