Somehow this actually looks physically plausible, and it's been forever since I've seen a new design for a Dyson ring that could be considered as such 
It would be neat to travel from one disc to another (through those three "bars" I assume) and be able to look back on the ones you've just been to. With different ones designed for different purposes, from practical farming discs to luxury holiday discs - you could get anywhere which much less stops along the way than you would travelling around on Earth. Great concept!
