Finally finished! An ode to Lupin III. I always wanted see a Lupin fan art done with: a chase scene, Zenigata followed by a cavalcade of police vehicles, the Japanese lettering, and a general sense of comedic chaos. I painted the background to have it vaguely resemble that cel-paint-over-background look. I also made a red jacket/palette swap version which I'll upload shortly (I'm a green jacket man, myself... but this situation feels like it could fit into any Lupin series, frankly, haha. As if Zenigata were to say to Lupin in the very first episode: "It is my destiny to catch you. If you weren't a descendant of Arsene Lupin, and if I wasn't a descendant of Hojiko Zenigata, it wouldn't be possible."
