so is the Black and White version with yellow and purple duotoning also not a photomanip ?

Umm...If it were straight black and white then for sure it's not a photomanip. Personally I think the duotoning is fine too. DA may have detailed guidelines posted, but in general I think of photomanips as when people do serious editing (copying, pasting, doing really wacky things to the colors, etc), whereas the usual color/contrast/B&W/spot fixing/simulated ND filter/etc stuff is just photography. I.e. things you would do in a darkroom to enhance the photo. Others may have a different opinion, but here photos are usually only in photomanips if more than one photo has been stuck together.

Usually I'm not into landscapes but this is awesome the contrast between the yellow and the blue is very powerful
