Time for another Nineteen-Ninety-Something tribute to a classic underwater scene! Number six in an ongoing series, collect them all! I'm sure everyone recognizes this one - Penny's flooded elevator escape from "Inspector Gadget". I've said many times in the past that underwater peril doesn't inspire me, so this may seem like an odd exception. But I never really thought of this scene as perilous, because Penny was such a resourceful genius that I knew she'd get out of it somehow.

And among the Nineteen-Ninety-Something cast, who makes a better Penny than Jenny? Not just 'cuz of the rhyming names or the pigtails, but because they're both experts at snooping around in places where they don't belong. Only difference is, Jenny's hardly a computer whiz - she'll probably need Michelle to show her how that computer book works
