I think: need to change the Spanish red wine for some Argentinian, or French...or maybe some other from Chile. Spanish wine is a little bit dangerous. about Jim Beam is nice, I love to drink burbon, but now I still preffer Polish vodka or Italian Grappa.

Grappa is really my favorite. Grappa come for the grape, and is a sub-product of the wine industry. In my country we have a very very good wine ( the same latitude of the wineries of Argentina and Chile ). So we have much grappa ( actually the best is produced by the Government factory...yeah, the State is a Alcohol big and serious producer )

Have you tasted a vodka from plum? It's so strong and sometimes smell like plum drupel but if it's well done it taste really fabulous
State is a biggest producer by us too - it's a big business to give still higher prices and taxes for alcohol

You know: my country was a kind of Socialist Republic ( but without KGB, ouch! ) from the beginning of 20 Century , even before Russian Revolution. So the State companies were so powerful and monopolic. Industries, services, banks, food stores, airlines, trains, buses, books editions, gasoline, agriculture, alcohol...everything was in hands of our Holy State. Sounds scarry but, at least, some times I miss the State, he, he!!...Whisky, CaΓ±a, Grappa and Espinillar are the "offical" drinks still produced - very well made, by the way - for the Government.
