Heureusement que pour ajouter la ceinture orange du haut, j'ai du faire le noeud par devant, car au moment de me détacher, la position plus haute que d'habitude de la ceinture des coudes ne me permettait de réussir à extirper mon bras et j'ai du commencé par défaire le noeud de la ceinture orange
