Description
Fifth entry for -the Ultimate Hard and Soft.
This was made to have a 1950's dior look. It is a light top with a flowy skirt-the skirt is colored in different shades of pink roses. From the hardware store, I used petite chains to hang from the belt, and the belt was made from a leather tool bag, taken apart and re-sewn.
