Well it appears the "Noble" Sigbert Vilgforth is so unlikeable and suspicious that he has attracted the attention of three heroines. Who's investigation seems to be going... well the usual it seems. Valerie is currently cursing whoever invented tape in an equivalent to 1648, their captors appear to have gotten sick of Bernadetta's constant escape attempts, and Mals just seems to be thinking "Oh no not again". But surely Vilgforth just plans to scare them. There are those stories of girls, especially non-human ones, disappearing near his estate, those worrying crates laying around, and his comment about the going rate for elf ears but that doesn't prove anything... of course what they found before they were captured... proves rather a lot.
