I always adore looking at your sketches. So elegant and full of gesture and perfect anatomy. Your line art looks like it was done by a robot by how crisp each curve is. If I may ask, where you formally trained or was this something you learned on your own?

I was formally trained in metalsmithing, not illustration. Although I took some drawing classes, and had an awesome professor. I wouldn't call myself 'self taught' but I didn't get any kind of degree in drawing or painting.Β

Thats incredible! So everything you do now was found out by yourself? By how virtuoso at all the mediums you are I always wondered. Your work is just so good, you make it look easy. Every technique I see you do is flawless and even with practice when I come back to view your work I always come back with even more appreciation and go "how on earth did you do that?"All of your works just have this spark that I see even pros not have.Β
