Ultra Fractal 5.04This was the "beta version" of my fractal One Last Scorching Day . This one was made with Thingamajigs, while the other is a work of Doodads (or maybe the other way round, I can't remember exactly), and I uploaded them both for a comparison. As you can see, apart from the textures and the thickness of petals, which I modified on purpose for the other fractal, the deviations are practically the same - which proves that the two algorithms show extremely similar results.

This reminds me of a painting that my family had in the garage when I was a little kid. I never understood why it was down there, hidden, it had such bright colours and happiness in it, and for the life of me, I don't know what happened to it. I think they sold it. But I totally forgot its existence till this moment. It looked a -lot- like this. Weird when dead memories come zooming back into focus.
