Twenty-seven down, three to go! I think it took me longer to create this character than it did anything else, because I had the concept in my head for the longest time but when it time to execute it my brain just went "pfffft"! This larger than life biker gangster is an input-delay Rushdown/Powerhouse hybrid, in that she can hold the input on her special attacks to charge them up; not only increasing their damage and range, but doing a huge number on the opponent's guard meter if they're unfortunate enough to block it. Not only that, but she also has a special homing starter where she can hold the execution and then pounce on her foes once they're in range; the max distance determined by the strength of the input. You've got to be careful with how you choose to use your delays, as they're telegraphed making them hella predictable; giving your opponent a wide girth to prepare for a parry.

Edit: Replaced the top, and shortened her hair into an undercut bun.
