Continuing with the Necromancer-family , here is a Necromancer, who is an actual character in the stoty , albeit a minor one: Praetor Abraxas (Abraxas being the name, Praetor being his rank).

Praetor is a tricky rank because it's the rank only those Necromancers ascend to who have shed their feelings and humanity almost entirely before becoming cold-hearted, immortal Liches. But the last remnants of humanity tend to be the ones most difficult to let go - as is the case with Abraxas, who is in love with his master, the Thorn-Witch Valda. Despite his outwardly cruel attitude towards life, Abraxas wrestles with these feelings and questions if they are truly worth giving up for the sake of power and immortality.

Among my early sketches, one figure stood out the most to me and it's one of my favorite designs so far
