In the shadows, our hidden struggles, raw emotions, and haunting memories remain concealed. Our mind is like a bridge between the world and our feelings, translating reality through our senses. Our spoken words mirror the thoughts and feelings within us. Ghosts, those mysterious figures, might actually be fragments of our hidden thoughts and feelings that have become powerful and complex. When the barriers between our unconsciousness and counciousness break, they surge forward, often beyond our control, overwhelming us.

Becoming whole, a process of self-discovery, asks us to accept our shadows—the not-so-great parts of ourselves. Once, ghosts used to scare the shit out of me, but growing up, I started to see things differently through a psychological lens. However, this lens only reveals a small part of the story that psychologists are trying to understand.

In a therapy session, something uncanny happened. My therapist and I both got shivers down our spines—an eerie feeling, as if something was there but hard to grasp. This aligns with psychodynamic theories, where hidden conflicts and feelings can emerge as unexplainable sensations into our physical environment.

In the symphony of our minds, our conscious and unconscious dance together. Psychodynamics shed light, but only on a piece of our puzzle. So, the full explanation stays just out of reach, inviting us to keep exploring the mysterious depths of our consciousness.
