SS: [Q-003] The other sideAt first, all was silent. Then as the sound picked up, Kaz's vision returned. He realised he was much smaller than before, and he found himself in the shape of a crow. That wasn't unusual, but it had caught him off guard as he hadn't willed it.
The world around him at first seemed familiar. The trees around him climbed towards the sky, much like the trees in his kingdom. Birds hopped around the clearing he found himself in, undisturbed by his presence. The grass was lush and green, like the verdant expanse of his him. In fact, the clearing he had entered was the same as the one he had just left. Everything was right.
So why didn't it feel right?
Looking around cautiously, Kaz slowly began to notice the small, inconsequential details that made this place feel so wrong. The birds... Their eyes were blank and soulless, and in their mouths was just a tongue - no teeth. The ground was completely still, devoid of the pulsing breaths of the ground back home. The trees only creaked in the wind
