Description
This is a recolor of the Samus Aran model available on Nintendo Papercraft blog [link]the colors are a bit hard to tel apart in this photo, this was the bets one I could get. I've modified the template form this testbuild to be a darker shade of purple. This is the most complex model I have ever attempted to assemble. Also the first time I've used Tacky Glue as an adhesive. Plus let me see if you assemble this model

Yup I just retextured the varia suit to purple. I changed the hue in the template I have posted because I think this pic looks more magenta than purple

Dude, that's great! Metroid ftw! I think the Grav Suit was done best in Metroid Prime, but that's just me.

I've not played any of the 3D Metroid titles. I based the color pallet after the Zero Mission one and the Super Metroid one. I'll have to Google the one from the Prime trilogy and see how it looked. I'd like to do a Fusion suit too but that requires more than a simple recolor since it isn't shaped the same as Varia and Gravity. Shaped closer to the regular powersuit probably.
