Sculpture named "balance lost and found"

in German: "die wiedergefundene Balance"

made from cypres wood

size: 50 x 21 x 20 cm

mounted on a 4 mm steel plate.

sculpture is polished and oiled

finished around 2015/2016

I found this piece by accident in my deposit: the piece was buried in a shelf for years. I had not taken it up into my list of works, neither have taken photos from it. I can only date it roughly because it it is cypres wood from one of the trees I felle don our property, which we bought in 2014. The wood is very vividly coloured and has a nice vein. So, after having lost it for years, it finally reappeared: balance loast and found!
