From what I see in the screenshot, it could be pretty much done using Murrine alone (menu, button relief, scrollbar). Maybe you could try using it, as pixmap themes are a bit slower and harder to iron out bugs and incompatibilites.

Pixmaps are flexible, of course. I just told about the engine because, from what I see in the screenshot, for this theme in particular, it could be entirely done using the features from the actual murrine engine (I say because I'm working in something really similar).
