I like flappers!
It is a Tree Swallow (Iridoprocne bicolor)

Swallows like to play. I've seen the ones near the winery I worked at on Howell Mountain in Napa County. They drop a feather, then swoop down and retrieve it before it hits the ground. There were sometimes six or eight of them in an area playing like this. They are really fast, but they never bumped heads.
