I got the idea for this painting one day while i was laying with my cat and listening to the deep, warm pulses of his purring. The rhythm and feeling is so soothing and melodic, and I tried to capture those feelings in this painting. It's amazing how the smallest moments can bring on inspiration. Mindfulness really is beautiful.
