it's awesome, but it looks too flat where the main lighting is. probably a result of an overdose of blendmode layers and sharpen?

Didn't look flat to me, I was the man on lighting. Doesn't look too bright to me either, but I can see what you mean on the sharpening.

You know as soon as i saw this in full view i knew ed0 has some sort of part to this. Loving the whole colour scheme and the actual form is interesting enough.

I remember seeing this ages ago; I had always wondered what happend with it. Great job, focal point is really nice, and the three way depth is interesting; not something I'd see everyday.
