Garet's face in panel 1 is perfect. I love how you had him coming off as a jerk in the last few panels, yet show a petrified in this panel. It helps develop his character and allows for the reader to empathize with him a bit more. And panel 4 is awesome when it comes to proportion, hair, and mood/

Also, not quite sure who's speaking in the last two panels. I thought it was Irene at first, but I'm now thinking it's Kiki. Awesome though :3
