Hi (:I drew this one from an Original Picture so it's not my creation, but I just liked to draw a completed anime drawing ^-^
I used:
~ Black pen.
~ Light and Dark pencils.

Well this is beautiful I'm really impressed! It looks really fantastic.
At first glance it's really beautiful, and then after comparing it to the OP, it's still beautiful! 
The way you've drawn the picture is great, and it's also hard to explain. It looks a little different from the OP, it sort of looks like she's standing up a bit more "straight", you know? On another note, the shading in this is just so brilliant, the highliting in her hair looks amazing, the shading is JUST like the OP. It's identical, it works so well that you bring the picture to life perfectly in that area. I mean, if it wasn't just for the slight differences in how you've drawn her face (like her eyes, they seem a little bit out of place. Maybe because she's standing more straight here and you decided to draw them as if she was still bent down a little lower like in the OP? It looks like that to me) and how she stands a little straighter, this picture would look like a complete Original b/w version that they used to colour the OP
Shading is a really strong area of yours. You're pretty good with shaping and proportions, but as a word of advice- when you draw from an OP make sure you're able to compare the picture to the OP at all times, and regularly check that what you've drawn is true to the OP- at first, you will always make mistakes. But once you've done it for some time, you will actually start to notice that not only will you get faster at drawing accurately, but it will be more accurate to begin with. I think that if maybe you spent more time on it, she would be a little more in proportion, but it really isn't a problem. I know you haven't drawn lots and lots from other people's drawings, and even so, you've done a great job EVEN considering that. You should be very proud of yourself
The thing is, the proportions and the outlining WORKS even though they're not %100 perfect to the original. That's what I love about this picture, that even though it's not PERFECT and you have made the teeny little mistakes, you've actually gone and made something that looks equally as beautiful.

The meaning at be beginning was to make the exact same drawing as the OP, but when I had finished the sketchy basic lines I overdrew them with a black pencil (and I did that in bed so I didn't have to OP next to it >.< not very smart) and after I finished it and compared them the next morning I saw the mistakes in it.. xD and from that point I thought: DAMN!
But at the end it came out much better than I had expected ^-^ so I'm happy with the end result!
anyway, I can see the mistakes in it too, and next time, I'm going to make it even better! ^-^

Yeah! I know what you mean. In a couple of my older drawings, I've noticed these little differences in the outlining and shape, and it's not actually until you get the shading in that you think it looks like the OP. It really used to bug me, but nowadays I can get the shape of things really well because I've had a lot of practice
It's a very good drawing. Again, you should feel proud, honestly, I think it's the best anime-style drawing you've done.
Well, I haven't been drawing my pic as much as I should. I haven't actually done anything to it since sunday, and I didn't really do much to it then. But today, I'm going to work on it a lot as it's my day off from college
