Description This is a progression photo of a design assignment where we could choose any subject matter and material we wanted. The only 3 criteria were that we develop the main form with multiple layers, or levels, and that it is infact read as a form when completed despite the negative space created by the levels themselves. The final criteria was that there was an interior quality to this, whether developed with levels or an actual solid object. In the image you can see the large opening in the side. I will eventually fill that with stones. I chose to create wood "teapot legs" with tree branches I screwed together. Power tools are cool. The idea of a teapot, well, I have no idea where that came from, but I used white mat board for that part. Again, this is not a finished piece, just a progress shot. Sorry that was long.

I like the rim. The sharpness that you put around the edge is slick

gee i wonder whose camera you used without asking to take a picture of that.....but it's ok....i'll let you off.....this time. I'm so glad this damn thing is finely done! It looks sweet...but I was sick of it's little strata all over the floor. lol.
