Inktober Day 10, MistMonster Mythos:
These shadow hell beast do not wish to play. If you should see one, you should keep away or they will cause you great dismay. In the shadowy mists they hide, patiently waiting to drag you inside. They attack with precision and ease to quickly bring you to your knees. Flee if you can. But, don't look back or else you will become their snack. Once they lock on to their prey, there is no delay, into the shadowy mists they will drag you, where you will surely fade away.

The design and composition of the drawing is Great, very well structured and terrifying (although I might be a bit biased since I do have a strong phobia of dogs and this would be a pure nightmare scenario for me 
Although, the contrasts could have helped this Picture so much, sharper shadows, darker background slowly fadding like being drowned in the mist. The trees in the back could have been just barely visible silhouetes or just faded colors, also the beast would have looked so much more dangerous and creepy if it was a bit crisper and shaded. But I get that you were trying to go for a more simplistic Picture and as a part of Inktober there is a time limit which is really difficult to keep up with, still it is Quite effective to be honest.

Thanks so much for your comment. I agree with about the contrast. I got caught up with making the picture look misty and spooky that I didn't think or add more balance to contrast. I will keep that in mind for later projects. I try to give myself a bit of a time limit for inktober other wise, I will spend all night on it. But, I think some times, that does put restrain on the quality that I can do in that time. But, I do like that challenge of a time limit
