If this drawing has a familiar style, well this was an art trade with Tera-Soul and their cocoon tickle drawings.This is Brandish from the Fairytail series (I don't know much about the series) in Mermaid form getting tickled.
This was an Art Trade and Tera-Soul drew my Pokemon Gijinka Steph (the Sceptile one) for me. I wasn't finished with her so I'm glad that I got another drawing of her getting tickled.
